Piles in Ayurveda

They also strengthen the immune system which fights off the anus and rectum infections. It also contains anthraquinone glycosides which has potent laxative properties which softens stool and thus imparts good bowel movement. One must apply the gel over the hemorrhoids and massage it gently. Then leave the gel for some time before washing with lukewarm water.

2. Warm Bath with Epsom salt

Warm baths with epsom salt can help soothe the irritation from Hemorrhoids. It can be very effective in reducing pain. Note that one must always wrap ice (with towel or some clean cloth) before applying. Never use it directly to the skin.
