Giloy Satva

Take 2-3 pinch of Giloy Satva and mix it with honey. Take it twice a day after taking food.

Giloy Churna

Take half a teaspoon of Giloy Churna and mix it with honey after meals. You can also drink it with lukewarm water.

Giloy Kwath

Take two teaspoon of Giloy Powder and boil it (water) till the volume reduces to half a cup. Now drink it twice a day. You can have it either before or after lunch or dinner.

Giloy Ghan Vati (Tablet)

Take two tablets of Giloy Ghanvati and swallow it with water. You must have it after the food and twice a day.

Giloy Capsule

Take two tablets of Giloy Capsule and swallow it with water. You must have it after the food and twice a day.
